Mr. Shimon Shetreet, represented by Chen Weinstein, is now the new owner of Isha Isha
The district court has approved a creditors agreement, under which Mr. Shimon Shetreet will purchase 71% of the outstanding stock of "Isha Isha", a major retail fashion chain, in a sum of 4 million NIS.
Chen Weinstein, a partner at EKW is representing Mr. Shetreet at the above negotiations and proceedings.
