Mr. Shimon Shetreet, represented by Chen Weinstein, has offered to purchase two-thirds of the outstanding stock of Isha Isha
Mr. Shimon Shetreet has offered to purchase two-thirds of the outstanding stock of "Isha Isha", a major retail fashion chain in Israel that is in a crucial financial difficulty, to be purchased in a sum of 3.5 million NIS.
In light of the above, "Isha Isha" has requested to gather a creditores meeting, in which the above arrangement will be approved.
Chen Weinstein, a partner at EKW is representing Mr. Shetreet at the above negotiations and proceedings.
