August 10 2009 EKW represented Mr. Haim Salami in Holitel Siesta Eilat and Tsell Harim Hotels' lease agreements EKW attorneys Hezi Kattan and Tsippy Bengi represented Holitel Hotels Ltd. (former Siesta Eilat Ltd.) in leasing Holitel Siesta Eilat and Tsell Harim hotels of Gmul Investment Company Ltd. (public company) controlled by Mr. Leon Recanati, for an annual rent of 7.4 million NIS.
